Three days before your arrival, we’ll send your Check-In details through Airbnb Messenger, including a 4-digit code to unlock the house. 👤Our home is designed to host up to a maximum of 8 guests. The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property throughout the booking period—reservations made on behalf of others are not allowed. If your plans change and you need to add more guests, please contact us for approval before your stay. The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 8. Any unapproved guests or exceeding the maximum limit of 8 guests may result in termination of your stay without a refund. ⏰ Check-In and Check-Out Times: Our check-in and check-out times are strict to allow us to properly clean and prepare the house for the next guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please note that a $150 fee will be charged for any late check-outs. 🚗 Parking Pad: The parking pad at the back of the house comfortably fits mid-size SUVs or smaller vehicles. Please be mindful of the fence. Larger vehicles may not fit entirely and could stick out into the street, so ensure your vehicle is fully within the designated space. For easier access, we recommend backing into the parking pad. 🐾 Pets: We welcome up to 2 dogs, but no cats due to severe allergies. You’ll find two stainless steel dog bowls in the pantry, but we ask that you bring your own dog food, treats, and poop bags. Please pick up after your dog in the backyard, as a cleaning fee will apply if pet waste is left behind. We ask that you keep pets off the furniture, and kindly bring your own dog bed or crate. 🧗‍♂️ Stairs: Please note that our home has multiple sets of stairs. There are stairs at the front entrance, from the parking pad to the backyard, and inside the house to reach the second and third floors. Additionally, the staircase to the basement is narrow and steep, but all stairs are equipped with handrails for safety. 🚭 No Smoking: Our home is strictly non-smoking. If any smoke odors (from cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, etc.) are detected inside the house, a cleaning fee of $250-$500 will be charged to remove the odor. 🏡 Basement Access: The basement, where the laundry is located, is accessible via steep and narrow stairs. The basement door has a keyless entry lock that auto-locks after 5 seconds and has automatic closing hinges to ensure it’s not left open. Don’t worry—you’ll have no trouble exiting the basement after doing laundry! 👶 Families with Children: We’ve provided outlet plug covers, a pack n play, a sound machine, children’s dinnerware and silverware, books, and toys. However, please note that we do not provide high chairs, booster seats, baby monitors or baby gates, etc. The bunk bed in the third-floor loft can be a fall hazard, and with the stairs throughout the house, close supervision is required to keep little ones safe. 📷 Security Cameras: There are two exterior security cameras for your safety—one at the front door and one at the back door. They do not record any indoor spaces and only capture audio and video when motion is detected. 🔊 Minut Noise Monitoring: For your safety and to ensure a pleasant stay, we have installed a Minut noise monitoring device inside the home. It monitors noise levels without recording conversations, ensuring privacy while helping us address potential issues quickly. ⚖️ Weight Limits: Please be mindful of the weight limits on certain furniture items. The dining room benches can each support up to 500 lbs, and the top bunk in Bedroom 3 (Loft) is designed for up to 250 lbs. *Guests acknowledge that the use of the bunk bed is at their own risk, and by using it, they agree to hold the property owner harmless from any liability or injury. 🧹 Housekeeping: While we don’t provide daily housekeeping, our home will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your arrival to ensure everything is in top shape for your stay. 🧴 Basic Essentials: We’ve stocked the house with essentials to get you started, including fresh linens, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, K-cups, tea bags, and basic supplies like paper towels and laundry pods.
